The M III Leadership Approach:

Using a highly personalized and confidential approach, M III Leadership, engages our clients to take immediate action in an intense and interactive one-on-one process that begins over the phone or in person (subject to client’s preference) for the purposes of really getting to know and build a rapport with clients.  The One Day Coaching session will deliver :

  • Exploration of personal goals and professional achievements (past, present and future)

  • Identification of opportunities that the client has control over

  • In-depth stakeholder analysis and planning 

  • Learning to manage relationships at a high level

  • Myers Briggs Interpretation – understanding self and others

  • M III Leadership Model presentation

  • Overview of emotional intelligence and how to manage respond appropriately to triggers

  • Additional issues personal to the client
